2.How to get free Samples?

a)Free samples can be provided to evaluating its quality, 1-3pcs free samples in USD10 can be supply, and freight cost collect at receiver’s side.

b)Sample with customized LOGO printing will required sample fee in advance, once order it will be deduced automatically in bulk order payment.

3.Can you print our LOGO and package?

a)LOGO: Yes, we can provide different printing ways to display your logo perfectly.

b)Package: If you have your own designer to design the package it will be perfectly; Also, we are very pleased to design for you once we know your idea and requirement about the design.

4.Can you produce our own design?

Yes, we can produce according to client, from design, molding, hand-sample to mass production ect.

5.Can you preload files?

Yes, we can preload files such as video, music, e-book ect.

6.How about your trade terms?

Normally our trade terms are EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF.

If you did not mention, our quotations are based on EXW Shenzhen China.

7.How about the payment terms?

We accept payment by L/C, T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal and Cash only.

a)T/T 100% in advance for small order amount in USD3000

b)T/T, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for bulk orders.

c)L/C only support order value over USD50000.

d)PayPal only support sample order & small order amount in USD1000.

e)West Union / Money Gram only support order amount in USD20000.

8.How about the lead time?

a)Sample time: normally 3-5 working days, except special artwork sample.

b)Production time: USB => 5~20 working days

              Headphone => 30~40 working days

              Speaker => 30~40 working days

              USB gift and accessories => 20-25 working days

              Remarks: the above sample time and production time may little difference based on order requirement and order quantity.
